# Programming Languages

dERP and the dERP Launchpad use several programming languages in different aspects of their build. These include:

* .NET - used for Azure hosting and building applications with a focus on Windows-based systems.
* SQL - used for managing and storing structured data in relational databases.
* Angular 13 - used for building the front-end user interface for dERP Frontend.
* C# - used for building applications for the Microsoft .NET framework.
* Rust - used for system programming and web development.
* TypeScript - used for building scalable applications and improving the development experience for JavaScript.
* HTML - used for creating web pages and displaying content on the web.
* SCSS - used as a preprocessor for CSS to add additional features and improve CSS code organization.
